the location is super convenient since it near the subway and union mall. this made getting around easier! breakfast had a good variety i have to say. the staff are friendly and helpful.
the wifi was horrendous. it was like so slow even with full signal. the bathroom was kinda small. i paid for a beautiful king room and it was not on a higher floor, even the add says it will be, i was sad about that.

the gym is easily the best hotel gym i've ever seen ! it is big with new equipment. it is very clean ! the subway station could not be any closer , it's literally next door.
the pillows need changing and were either very hard or soft and lumpy. i also don't like that i was being woken up every night by the other guests opening and shutting their room doors. i could hear them talking or playing the tv , so the sound insulation was poor.

i chose this hotel for its nearness to union mall because i was going to an event there i was really happy it was very close. the location proved to be amazing just a short walk from phahon yothin station. a 7-eleven store is very close to the hotel lobby with ultimate convenience i found a quick dinner there.
the walls seemed rather thin noise from the hallway was easily audible. i could hear conversations and footsteps this affected my sleep.

inconsistent stay. noise and odors WERE a problem

my stay had issues. the noise insulation proved inadequate. i could hear everything from the hallway and adjacent rooms. additionally the hotel had a persistent sewage smell at times which was OFF-PUTTING.

i found the hotel's location quite convenient near the mrt station. a 7-eleven store is just outside the entrance and that helped. the room provided a table i could use for work so i got some things done.
the hotel felt a bit dated to ME. my room faced the street and it was QUITE noisy even with the windows closed. when i turned on the air conditioning i noticed a moldy smell in the room so it was not very pleasant.
